The Brew is on

Yes I have finally started the 40 pinter of cider yesterday, and it is nicely frothing away as the those lovely yeasties turn all that sugar into lovely alcohol. So a week in the bucket fermenting then it goes into the pressure barrel for another couple of weeks and after that to drink when ever. Ooh I can't wait, hopefully it will be nice and flavoursome.
